Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner - Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist plays a vital role in the healthcare team, contributing to the success of Marshfield Clinic Health System by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, and teamwork. This individual utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize clinical expertise to provide high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Provide education and support to patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Two years of experience in cardiac rehabilitation or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
