As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for:


  • Greeting guests upon arrival, checking them in, and providing them with any necessary information
  • Processing invoices, posting checks to vendors, and distributing employee checks
  • Responding to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
  • Reconciling all accounts in a timely manner
  • Verifying that all EOD work has been performed by other departments
  • Scheduling guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
  • Responding to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints as needed
  • Answering phones and placing reservations

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and math skills
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
  • Strong eye for details
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

What to Expect:


In your first few months, you will learn about the hotel and its amenities. You will then assist the front desk team and begin to provide exceptional guest service. As your work progresses, you will become a key contributor to the overall guest experience.
