Sales and Service Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Growth Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Washington D.C. This exciting opportunity will involve driving the growth of our retail and service business within Ulta and Sephora stores.
About the Role:This pivotal role will see you manage the Dermalogica retail and service business for approximately 30 in-person Ulta and Sephora stores, with onsite support provided at various intervals. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to develop market-leading strategies, liaising with Ulta and Sephora brand partners to ensure a harmonized in-store message, and developing tailored action plans for each store.
You will be responsible for planning and executing promotional activities, special events, and product launches, as well as creating and implementing store-specific action plans for target achievement. Additionally, you will collaborate with store management on inventory management, spearhead education initiatives aimed at bolstering the business, and build relationships with store and district management teams to drive collaboration and support.
Your expertise in sales and marketing will enable you to craft strategic alliances at all Ulta and Sephora management tiers, ensuring the Dermalogica brand thrives in these high-density markets.
About You:- A minimum of 3 years of sales and/or education experience within the prestige skin/retail industries is required.
- Multi-door account management experience with Ulta, Sephora, or a similar retail environment is mandatory.
- You possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to coach and train retail teams.
- A good driving record (extensive driving required) and occasional overnight travel within the region may be necessary.
- A competitive base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Significant earning potential with monthly and quarterly bonuses.
