About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. As a key member of our anesthesia care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure seamless surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical history, medications, and laboratory results.
  • Administer selected anesthetics, monitoring patients' vital signs and responding promptly to any changes or complications.
  • Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and minimizing risks.
  • Work effectively with OR staff to coordinate smooth surgical processes and provide clear communication throughout the procedure.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, treatments administered, and post-operative reports.
Requirements
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification in California.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program and an accredited school of anesthesia by date of hire.
  • Registered Nurse License (California) from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $**$175,000 - $225,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
