Addiction Recovery Team Lead

Medford Treatment Center, a renowned adult outpatient opioid treatment program, seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide compassionate care and guidance to our clients. As a member of our Management Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of addiction recovery.
The ideal candidate must have at least five years of experience in substance use disorders counseling or meet the qualifications listed below:
- A Bachelor's Degree and four years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience; or
- A Master's Degree and three years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical supervision of counselors/professionals in training, assisting patients in identifying their strengths, and helping them prepare for a drug-free existence.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Health, dental, and vision plans with 90% employer-paid coverage;
- A 401(k) plan with a company contribution of 4%;
- Voluntary benefits, including life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, and critical illness insurance;
- Two weeks' vacation time in the first year, 12 holidays, and sick time according to state guidelines;

- A $20,000 company-provided life insurance policy.
