Job SummaryThis NOC shift position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to utilize the nursing process to manage and coordinate the interdisciplinary care of patients across various age groups, providing individualized care to support recovery and engagement in the care process.
Responsibilities- Evaluating and initiating appropriate care plans based on established standards
- Providing patient and family education to support recovery and engagement in the care process
- Regularly assessing and documenting patient progress and responses to interventions
- Coordinating care activities with other members of the healthcare team
- Ensuring accurate and efficient execution of physicians' orders
- Timely communication of adverse or sudden changes in patient condition
- Recognizing and reporting adverse drug reactions
- Effectively managing patient pain and utilizing blood products as necessary
- Safely and effectively utilizing patient care equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN Washington State license
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS - within 3 months of hire
- ENCP or PALS - within 6 months of hire
- Oral and written fluency in the English language
Astria Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. This position is associated with a union contract.
