Our employees shape our future each day, and we are seeking a Full-time 2nd shift Medical Lab Scientist to join our team at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. This renowned center is home to Penn Medicine's Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and is a leading center for heart and vascular care and ophthalmology.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity tests and procedures in clinical laboratory sections under the direction of the Supervisor.
  • Conduct clinical laboratory analyses on all types of laboratory specimens, produce and document accurate laboratory results for diagnosis and treatment of disease.
  • May be required to perform phlebotomy for diagnostic testing on patients of all age groups.
Requirements:
  • American Society for Clinical Pathology (Required)
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
  • Education Specialization: in MLS or other biological or chemical science or U.S. equivalent (substantiated by foreign credential evaluation statement)
