NICU Intensivist

This 13-week assignment requires the skills and expertise of a seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings. As a NICU Intensivist, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating patients and collaborating with physicians to develop individualized plans of care
• Implementing evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery
• Providing patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models
• Managing care effectively and advocating for standards of care and practice

In addition to your clinical expertise, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license is required, as well as certifications in BLS - AHA and NRP (AHA Only).
