Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

At RadNet, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of radiology. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality imaging exams for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients
- Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols
- Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner
- Understand and use TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view, and other adjustments and factors on the equipment to produce high-quality images
- Guide patients through the exam process, kindly answering their questions and concerns
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients
- Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information
- Safeguard on-site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Demonstrate respect for company property, including cash and patient financial information
- Exhibit professional behavior toward patients and coworkers
- Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities
- Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships
- ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable
- CPR/BLS certification
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
