Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing essential speech and language services to students in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students across various school sites.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educational staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of multiple school sites.
