Magnet Medical is a renowned healthcare organization seeking an experienced travel nurse to join their team in Everett, Washington. This exciting opportunity requires a dedicated and skilled professional to work in the NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care department.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate nurse who can provide top-notch patient care using evidence-based practices. As a travel nurse with Magnet Medical, you will have the chance to expand your skills, gain new experiences, and contribute to the well-being of vulnerable patients.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to the nursing process and facility-specific guidelines.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing time and resources to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate openly with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Degree in Registered Nursing (RN)
- Previous experience as an RN
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state
This position involves frequent lifting, bending, and reaching, with occasional requirements to lift up to 80 pounds. You may spend extended periods standing or walking during shifts and be exposed to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases, or bloodborne pathogens.
Salary and Benefits:The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 48 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. As a valued member of our team, you can expect competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
