Cleaning Services Technician

**Job Summary:**

CBSG, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our location in Mundelein, IL.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
* Operate a scrubber machine and other cleaning equipment as needed
* Perform carpet cleaning, vacuuming, and floor care duties
* Remove trash and recyclables from the facility
* Clean restrooms and other high-touch areas
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

**Requirements:**

* Previous cleaning experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check

**Working Conditions:**

* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
* $15.00 per hour
