Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, aligning with business objectives and ensuring optimal operational performance.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and customers, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, management, or business) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership, preferably in a unionized setting.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, improving operational performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
