About the Role

At 360 Behavioral Health, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in the East Valley. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and developmental delays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Supervise and support consumers in various settings, such as their homes, schools, or community environments.
  • Document progress and communicate findings to program coordinators.
  • Prepare and submit behavioral and incident reports as necessary.
  • Manage and de-escalate behavioral outbursts, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Successful completion of a background check, employment verification, and TB screening.
