About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Lead Applied Behavior Analyst at ABA Centers of America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and their families.

Job Summary

The BCBA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior-analytic programs for clients. This includes designing and implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, conducting assessments, and analyzing results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement behavior-analytic programs for clients
  • Conduct assessments and analyze results to inform program development
  • Oversee the implementation of programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
  • Provide training and support to RBTs and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of experience in the ABA field. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 per semester, CEU reimbursement, and performance bonuses.
