About the Role

The Attorney Support Intern - Finance Intern is an integral part of our Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for supporting all basic activities associated with the day-to-day operations of the team, while providing administrative support relevant to the department and assisting with all tasks supporting the staff in the Finance department.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Receiving assignments from attorneys and performing tasks as requested
  • Editing and formatting transaction related documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Entering and closing timesheets per policies
  • Assisting with Business Development related administrative tasks
  • Travel and calendar management

Requirements
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Have recently successfully completed your training or have already gained some professional experience as an assistant
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion

We also require:

  • The organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
  • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
  • Knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office
