Senior Project Manager

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large and complex projects for Senior Leadership team in the Customer Services organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing projects with technical, service, financial, consultative, and change management aspects. You will lead the execution and implementation of diverse, complex projects, and effectively manage the collaboration, communication, and knowledge exchange of all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Senior Leadership and the project teams
  • Effectively manage the collaboration, communication, and knowledge exchange of all stakeholders involved
  • Ability to quickly gather industry fundamentals and business operations
  • Excellent analytical skills supporting project methodology
  • Understanding of analytical and financial aspects in managing assigned projects
  • Experience with database analysis
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the implementation
  • Proficiency in MS office suite and Project Management software

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Project Management PMP Certification through PMI
  • 10+ years of Senior project or program management experience
  • Experience in (medical) technology related field highly preferred
  • Lean or six sigma experience/certification desired
  • Consulting and/or change management experience advantageous
  • Skills to guide the team towards a high-performance culture
  • Demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures
