Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacture of our cutting-edge OLED displays.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate advanced manufacturing equipment, including inkjet printers and vapor deposition tools, to produce high-quality OLED displays.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including metrology tools, to identify areas for improvement and optimize production workflows.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest manufacturing technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as semiconductor manufacturing or OLED production.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or materials science.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment, including inkjet printing and vapor deposition.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary
