About the Role

As a key member of the Nursing Workforce Management team, you will play a vital role in coordinating clinical staffing and ensuring optimal staffing across the St. Luke's Network.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Central Staffing Office and Network Supervisors, providing timely and effective communication to support seamless staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical work schedules that meet staffing needs while staying within budget guidelines.
  • Assign registered nurses, patient care assistants, and patient observation attendants to the appropriate entities/unit based on their skills and availability.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform staffing decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the computerized scheduling program (UKG) with any changes or corrections.
  • Collaborate with staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in staffing, scheduling, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
