About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist-Radiology to join our team at Providence Medical Group South. As a CT Technologist-Radiology, you will play a critical role in performing CT examinations, utilizing sophisticated CT equipment, and taking into account individual patients' special or age-related needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images.
  • Utilize knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal imaging outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Within 1 year of hire, National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography or National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
