Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Job Summary:
The Applied Resource Group is seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to support HR functions across North America and globally. This part-time role is based in the Duluth office two days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Post job openings on relevant platforms, manage candidate communications, and close out filled positions.
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics.
- Offer Letters and Onboarding: Draft and manage offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Payroll and Compliance: Enter payroll data and process payroll runs accurately and on time, working closely with the HR Manager to ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Support: Serve as a resource for employee questions and provide HR support as needed.
- HR Administration: Organize and maintain HR files and records in the HR database and SharePoint.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, particularly in recruiting, payroll, onboarding, and compliance.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP's), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, with a high level of urgency, responsiveness, and initiative, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM and/or HRCI certification is a plus.
- Experience with global payroll is preferred.
Work Conditions:
This part-time role offers flexible hours, working 20-25 hours per week.
