Retail Sales Business Growth Manager

Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000, based on factors like location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses are available based on company and individual performance.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance program, short-term disability coverage, and long-term disability insurance. A 401(k) plan with company contributions is also available.
Job DescriptionThis Retail Sales Business Growth Manager role requires collaboration with retail partners and account teams to grow territory sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Selling, negotiating, and executing business plans
- Partnering with key decision-makers
- Using business intelligence data to create selling stories
- Driving results through POS budget management, call coverage, and 'perfect shelf' strategy
- Building relationships and implementing creative ideas to overcome obstacles
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fundamental technology skills (Microsoft Office applications)
- Learning agility, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated self-reliance in managing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver's license
This is a driving role requiring the use of a personal vehicle. To meet requirements, you must have 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months. The work environment involves extended periods of walking, standing, bending, or carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds).
