Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Direct Sales to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on current and future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with senior management on a wide range of critical issues.
- Identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries.
- Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools.
Requirements
- Experience selling technology solutions.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Good communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to provide insight to senior management.
- Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
- 0-2 years of outside sales experience.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
Compensation and Benefits
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
