Job Overview

The Trax Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support across various departments, covering a range of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties such as mail receipt and preparation, office maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • Master client-specific coding requirements and manage loss and damage claims filing, reporting, and payment.
  • Work closely with management on carrier payment tasks, including backing up the position as needed and participating in the migration team for clients moving from the legacy NTC platform to the new Trax platform.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; 1-2 years of related job experience preferred.
  • Able to type at least 40 wpm and possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on repetitive mental tasks.
  • Strong time management skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
