As an Ultrasound Imaging Specialist in our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for performing two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs to aid in the diagnosis of diseases and study of organ malfunctions.

Key responsibilities include daily operations of ultrasound equipment, reporting of equipment failure, and quality assurance. You will also be expected to maintain a high standard of medical ethics and stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and procedures in the field.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology or Sonography
  • ARDMS or ARRT Sonography certification
  • Meditech EMR experience
  • Active OH or compact license

Certification Requirements:

  • ARDMS
  • BLS (AHA)

Work Schedule:

  • Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
  • On-call schedule to be determined by facility
