Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective and current owners in our state-of-the-art sales centers, showcasing the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
  • Establish strong relationships and build trust with clients, articulating the value of our vacation ownership products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective transaction initiation and closing techniques.
  • No cold calling required – all leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
  • Participate in ongoing sales and career training to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements and Expectations
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Maintain production standards and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Overcome objections and navigate the luxury sales cycle with ease.
    • Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • No travel required outside of the home site's area.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a College Degree preferred.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $19.97 per hour (during the initial training period), plus incentives ranging from 3.2% to 15.0% per commissionable dollar sold. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range.
