**Compensation Package**

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes an estimated salary range of $90,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and location. **Job Description**

The Reliability Specialist position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our FLOXAL air separation equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair services on site and in the field. Your primary objective will be to maintain operational efficiency and reliability on various air separation systems, working closely with our regions to schedule maintenance, plan reliability projects, and optimize equipment performance.

**Responsibilities**

  • Maintain drawings, equipment specifications, and manuals for FLOXAL systems and ancillary equipment.
  • Generate site-specific reliability reporting.
  • Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians (FSTs) in troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades and modifications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field, preferably with industrial gas experience.
