Your Role

As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art units equipped with the latest technologies. You will consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.

You will collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes, provide communication, confidence, and professionalism, and demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to serve as a resource to the patient care team.

You will also be accountable for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing. A graduate degree in nursing is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in an ICU setting
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and online sources.
