Job Title: Water Safety Instructor

Salary Range: $15.00-$25.00 per 30-minute lesson

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at LifeBridge Health & Fitness in Pikesville, MD.

  • This is a part-time position with varying hours, including Wednesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday or Sunday.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and planning swimming programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
  • Providing swim instruction and excellent customer service to members and guests.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a swim instructor.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • First Aid Certification and CPR/AED certification.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
