About the Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests of a designated building. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming and productive environment that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors and employees
  • Issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide assistance to callers
  • Arrange and confirm events, meetings, and activities on behalf of clients
  • Handle janitorial and maintenance work orders, and coordinate workplace services
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prioritize and coordinate on-site events, including setup and teardown
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to 2 years of job-related experience preferred
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
