Business Development Manager

Midway Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client pipeline to hit monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
