Job Overview

The State of Alaska is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant 3 to join its team in the Division of Public Health's Section of Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (CDPHP). As a key member of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in supporting travel planning, personnel management, accounting, financial management, and procurement.

Responsibilities
  • Support program staff and multiple programs within CDPHP
  • Collaborate with a fun, friendly, and supportive crew to make Alaska an even better place to live, work, and play
  • Contribute to the mission by directly supporting travel planning, personnel management, accounting, financial management, and procurement
Requirements
