POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Sales and Service Representative plays a crucial role in assisting Management to foster a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment, where our core values and guiding principles are paramount in delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing profitability.

Results Orientation
- Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers; suggests merchandise options or assists in locating items based on customer preferences.
- Keeps abreast of ongoing sales and promotional activities; upholds pricing and visual presentation standards.
- Adheres to standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Engages in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store setups and maintaining the sales floor.
- Upholds the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards as reflected in our sales techniques, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Facilitates prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Guarantees a swift and efficient checkout process, staying informed on policies regarding payments, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security measures.
- Reinforces purchasing decisions at the register and meets add-on sales goals, including gift card promotions.
- Enrolls clients in the rewards program.
- Cultivates and maintains a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
- Understands current product fit and style offerings available in-store and online.
- Maintains regular communication with clients using our clienteling tools; Style Connect and Customer Book.
- Assists in replenishment efforts to ensure the store remains well-stocked and inviting.
- Aids in locating fulfillment tasks.
- Contributes to visual merchandising efforts, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as directed.
- Supports boutique cleanliness and organization.
- Encourages an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Actively seeks personal development opportunities and welcomes constructive feedback.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Capacity to learn or adapt to technology utilized by the company.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
- Regular attendance is essential to fulfill the requirements of this position, including the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Continuous walking/standing for a significant portion of the 8-hour shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the 8-hour shift).
- Frequent climbing (34%-66% of the 8-hour shift).
