Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Passenger Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth passenger boarding and disembarking processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Passenger Support: Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking flights, providing personalized support and addressing any special needs.
- Boarding Operations: Monitor computerized passenger boarding systems to ensure seamless flight operations.
- Customer Service: Work closely with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other airport staff to maintain efficient and safe airport operations.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
