At Professional Case Management, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing one-on-one care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
