Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Team Member to join our team at Electric Shuffle USA Austin.

At Electric Shuffle, we redefined the shuffleboard experience by combining it with delicious food and craft cocktails in a vibrant atmosphere. Our mission is to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests through warmth and hospitality.

The Role

This role involves working as part of a team to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining constant communication with the kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders to ensure smooth service.
  • Monitoring the expo line for new food tickets, organizing them accordingly, and delivering food to the correct tables.
  • Running freshly prepared beverages to guests promptly.
  • Interacting with guests professionally and retrieving any additional items requested after delivery.
  • Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables and delivering them to the dishwashing station.
  • Ensuring that your teammates have adequate supplies of glassware, plateware, and utensils at all service stations.
  • Providing excellent customer service, even under pressure, while maintaining a fun and energetic attitude.
  • Contribution to creating the perfect Electric Shuffle experience.
  • Working effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Food Runner or similar role is desirable.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High energy levels and enthusiasm.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience.
