Job Title: Sleep Technologist

CivicMinds, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to join their team in Baltimore, MD.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

We partner with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating tests and collecting data.

They will prepare equipment, record activities, and analyze results while following proper polysomnographic procedures including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks.

Additionally, they will analyze (score) clinical events, such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulate final data for further review.

The ideal candidate must comply with regulations and laws concerning safety control.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program preferred
  • Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist 'RPSGT' and/or Respiratory Therapist license(s) and MD State License required
  • Current BCLS certification
