Security Protector

LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a vital member of our Security Department, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our campus. You will be working under moderate supervision to assist with day-to-day operations, conduct preliminary inquiries and investigations, and prepare written reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Patrolling hospital buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks and address them promptly
• Preparing incident reports as required by our Security Department Policy
• Investigating all complaints and incidents that come to your attention
• Providing escorts for patients, visitors, and employees
• Securing exterior and interior doors as necessary
• Responding to calls for service on our campus
• Maintaining a high level of situational awareness to prevent security breaches

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary: $22.50-$32.50 per hour (based on location and experience)
