We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Interstate Therapy Solutions in California. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.
Job OverviewOur ideal candidate will have a strong passion for serving others and a commitment to providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions. With a focus on improving patient quality of life, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. A collaborative and supportive environment is fostered, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other interventions as needed, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care and seamless transitions between services.
- Direct and supervise PT Assistants and/or Aides, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Candidates must hold a California License as a Physical Therapist or be eligible to obtain one.
- AHA BLS certification is required; recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
- A competitive salary of $60 per hour is offered, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
- Sponsorship for foreign-trained Physical Therapist candidates is also available.
