Medical Office Coordinator

About the Job:
Cullman Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Case Management
- Process and analyze Case Management portion of payor denials through appeal procedures
- Generate memos, emails, and reports as needed
- Perform various administrative tasks and record-keeping duties
- Interact with other departments to coordinate requests related to admission reports
- Maintain accurate staffing records
- Answer calls and perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; college graduate preferred
- 1-2 years' experience preferred
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
