The ideal candidate will possess a range of clinical skills, including psychiatric assessment, case formulation, and treatment planning. They will be responsible for providing crisis stabilization, family support, and intervention services.

The selected candidate will work collaboratively within a rapidly changing system of care, utilizing computerized clinical databases and demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities and Standards of Performance
  • Clinical Responsibilities:
  • - Provide ongoing assessment and formulation of patient needs
  • - Update patient plans of care
  • - Provide clinical services to patients and families
  • Administrative Functions:
  • - Collaborate with the Utilization Manager to manage patient care
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • - Ensure timely completion of documentation and paperwork
  • - Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competency

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
