Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a primary care specialist, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a diverse range of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing exceptional care to patients in-office or through tele-health visits.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care.
- Utilize your clinical training and expertise to perform in-office procedures.
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages (0+).
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your start date.
- State licensed in IL, obtained before your start date.
