Real Floors Seeks Results-Driven Account Executive

We are the leading wholesale flooring providers in the country, offering flooring installation services to the multi-family industry and the growing Single Family Rental Homes market.

The ideal candidate is a skilled B2B prospector with a proven track record of closing new business and building lasting client relationships. They should be motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with existing accounts and explore new opportunities within your territory.
  • Showcase our products and services to customers, helping them find the perfect fit for their needs.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to generate take-offs and estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Navigate pricing discussions with finesse, finding solutions that work for both our customers and Real Floors, Inc.
Requirements:
  • Industry knowledge and passion for sales.

Compensation Package:

Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Monthly expense allowance and commission based on prior month's gross profit.
