Technical Field Support Specialist

As a Technical Field Support Specialist at HP Development Company, L.P., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hardware services to local accounts. This role involves responding to a range of queries, utilizing proactive monitoring for issue prevention, and maintaining high customer satisfaction by addressing requirements and resolving issues promptly.
About the RoleThis position is part of our Services team, working on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution. You will impact immediate teams and act as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer requirements and guaranteeing their fulfillment.
- Handle customer-relation issues with promptness and appropriateness, ensuring that concerns are resolved and escalated as per established protocols.
- Deliver comprehensive software services, encompassing post-sales and service delivery support, specifically tailored for local accounts on standard systems.
- Respond adeptly to queries spanning service, product, technical aspects, and customer relations, providing accurate and valuable information.
- Use proactive monitoring procedures and tools to identify problem prevention opportunities.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within IT infrastructure, including enterprise systems, servers, storage, and networking.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in HP products in Customer base, account management, computer customer support, on-site customer support, Mission Critical, systems experience, or a related field.

- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
- A full-time schedule with no shift premium.
- 100% travel required.
- No relocation assistance.
