Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare Facilities

The Clorox Company is a leading manufacturer of consumer and professional products. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Southern California.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth by delivering financial targets and achieving sales objectives in the region.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve CPro priorities within Southern California.
- Promote Clorox Professional products through customer-facing activities, aligning with the sales business plan and local geographic team strategy.
- Evaluate and execute sales priorities within the healthcare vertical in the territory, focusing on innovation, programming, portfolio, and protocol penetration and expansion.
- Maximize coverage and reach within the territory, prioritizing key end-users driving volume.
- Collaborate with National Account Team counterparts and other stakeholders to leverage national scoping customers, plans, and programs, maximizing sales opportunities in the territory.
- Participate in team planning and targeting processes for the territory and broader geography, utilizing existing data, opportunities, market intelligence, and competitive insights to build effective territory coverage plans.
- Apply sound territory planning and account management using prescribed customer tracking tools, providing visibility on sales progress and individual results accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales-related position, preferably in acute care/hospitals. Working with distributors is preferred.
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presenting skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with others.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility where necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
We offer a competitive salary range for this role, based on your location and experience.
Southern California:
$104,100 - $199,100 per year.
In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
