About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment. As a Dentist, you will provide personalized, comprehensive outpatient primary dental care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares, provides, and implements directed patient treatment plans in the Dental Department.
  • Responsible for healthcare group dental protocols and observance of health and safety regulations.
  • Participates in the supervision of support staff while performing dental services.
  • May provide input regarding the selection of dental staffing.
  • Responsible for initiating and reviewing patient referrals.
  • Assists the Chief Dental Officer or Chief Operations Officer in the planning and implementation of new dental programs.

Requirements

To be successful as a Dentist, you should have:

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state of California.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
