About the Opportunity

As a seasoned systems engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of human spaceflight by leading enterprise-level systems engineering and integrated testing across client programs. Your expertise will be relied upon to design, develop, and evolve complex systems, leveraging advanced technology solutions to drive innovation.

About You
  • You have 10+ years of experience defining and executing human spaceflight system engineering and integration.
  • You possess experience with defining roles and responsibilities and executing integrated hardware tests.
  • You are familiar with requirements, interfaces, verification, and validation of integrated systems.
  • You have the ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines, vendors, and programs to identify, assess, execute, and evaluate integrated testing and V&V plans and outcomes.
  • You can communicate effectively with senior client leadership.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience in human spaceflight programs, including EVA, Life Support, or Human Systems.
  • Experience with flight certification of hardware.
  • Proficiency in systems engineering tools, including DOORS Next Gen or Magic Draw.
  • A Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • INCOSE CSEP Certification.

The estimated salary range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, education, and experience.
