Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Facilitator to join our team at Lenoir County Public Schools. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and education.

About the Role:

The Digital Learning Facilitator will be responsible for monitoring students taking online classes, ensuring they follow the day-to-day activity schedule, and communicating with instructors and school administrators about student progress. The successful candidate will also provide technical support for students, assist with enrolling and registering students into colleges and courses, and present progress reports for each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Provide technical assistance to students during periods of need, contact relevant personnel to resolve equipment or software issues, and assist students in submitting assignments to their instructors.
  • Course Management: Enroll and register students into colleges and courses, present progress reports for each student, and receive and process grades for each nine-week period.
  • Communication: Communicate with instructors, school administrators, and parents through various means, including emails, phone calls, and faxes, regarding student behavior, progress, and performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Teacher Assistant Degree
  • Knowledge of computers

Salary:

$2,626 - $2,850 per month (based on Pay Grade 54)
