Clinical Application Coordinator Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Coordinator Lead to join our team at Lexington Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare technology team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Athena health information system.
About the Role:
Your expertise in healthcare technology and data management will ensure seamless operations, efficient workflows, and compliance with industry standards. You will lead application analysts on deliverables, deadlines, and communication with physicians, leadership, and operational stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Athena health information system.
- Lead application analysts on deliverables, deadlines, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Athena medical records.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Athena Certified Professional) preferred.
Physical Guidelines:
The position requires the ability to move, traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position, and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day.
