Lennar seeks a highly skilled Internet Sales Coordinator to join our sales and marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generated leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a positive experience for our internet customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Create and maintain accurate MLS listings to showcase our properties in the best light.
  • Guide internet customers through our consultative sales process to convert leads into appointments and sales.
  • Qualify prospective customers based on desired location, timing for purchase, and availability of new homes.
  • Develop customer leads into proactive, scheduled appointments.
  • Partner with on-site New Home Consultants to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage an internet customer database to track interest and VIP leads.
  • Regularly work in and around Lennar communities, including remote work from home.
  • Attend company sales meetings, phone banks, and training programs.
  • Coordinate online efforts and reporting with the National Internet Center.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary.
  • Previous real estate or home building experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Organized, motivated, and efficient team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and self-manage activities with minimal supervision.
